The member can appeal their own ban if they chose to. Generally in the form of PMing staff, or if PMing is disabled, then via the contact us page.

No we do not allow appeals on behalf of members, as you do not know what the circumstances of the ban actually are, outside of what you have been told, and surely if the member wishes to appeal it themselves, there is no use other members also doing this?
