omg true! but they usually use them on themselves. My friend started cutting himself in the middle of the street in front of a toddler, and then another friend slit open his wrists because his crush who had a boyfriend didn't like him back. I had to clean up his nasty blood and he never thanked me for spending £10 on bandages and antiseptic! Ungrateful BITCH!

That's what put me off emos. Goths have humility and will thank you when they scar you for life, even if they tear open their wrists in front of you :oh:

The ones you need to be weary of, are the ones who don't grow out of it. The adult goths/Emo's. I know this because my older sister is one, and she's a right weirdo.

She's 45 and still goes to concerts weekly, she's covered in tattoos and has piercings through her face and is constantly changing her hair colour with some outrageous colours. She still has posters of groups like Korn and whoever else she's into on her walls.

She needs to grow out of these childhood trends.

Goths are far superior imo. Emo's are generally whiny pricks with tragic taste in music/bands.
How can the emo's possibly hope to compete ? They have no real icons like Goth Queen Siouxsie Sioux, super-hot Goth Princess Patricia Morrison (former Bass player with The Sisters of Mercy, The Gun Club and, of course, The Damned!!!!).........and don't forget sorta'-Goth Legend Elvira and her Legendary cleaveage.:love:
