The question is simple, what is your most overrated Video Game in the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch/Wii U generation?

There is one that I could go for, but I literally only played 2 levels of the Game so it's not fair to pick it even though it was buggy as hell.

Anyway I'm gonna give my vote to Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, for the sole reason that a franchise that I loved for it's wild adventures, witty banter, and brilliant Puzzles and Action sequences got turned into a Family Drama with Nate and Elena's relationship issues, and his Brother Sam was awful (and was never hinted at actually existing in the first 3 Uncharted Games) And there wasn't enough development on Rafe and Nadine in the Game so their motives were never properly fleshed out.

The Gameplay was still strong, but again it did need more Action sequences as it was heavily apart of the first 3 Uncharted Games so to see it being used much more rarely pissed me off.

I actually didn't hate Uncharted 4 though as I loved the Puzzles, it had the great Madagascar level, Sulivan was as usual fantastic when he was being used, and Rafe and Nadine were interesting characters again on what I got to see of them, it's just that to me it has too many flaws to be considered the best Uncharted Game or one of the best games of this current generation like some critics and fans like to make out imo.

Anyway enough of my moaning, what's your own overrated Game of this current generation?

Life is strange before the storm, you can say Chloe's voice is different and a bit more annoying compared to the Original life is strange game, but i don't hate this prequel, i actually love learning more about rachel amber, and looking at things from Chloe's perspective

Still Skyrim, always Skyrim. It's easily the worst Bethesda game, its so shallow compared to every other Fallout/Elder Scrolls. Though Fallout 4 did seem to learn a few lessons from it.

Though Fallout 4 did seem to learn a few lessons from it.I can't agree on the basis of the PC version, with the right selection of mods, being utterly brilliant. But yes, "vanilla" skyrim is sort of boring. A lot of the improvements made for FO4 have pretty obvious roots in Skyrim mods. Then again I doubt I would have enjoyed Fallout 4 half as much without mods... So, I guess I'd agree that console versions of elder scrolls / fallout games are generally over rated? I know they have some mods too now but literally all of the best ones (e.g. Combat mods for skyrim that make it tactical and perilous rather than sword/spell spam) are all script extender mods which aren't available on console.

For over rated that I've actually played I'll go with Civ 6. Purely on the grounds that it's just not as fun as Civ 5, which is never a good sign.

The witcher 3, found it like a more clunky version of dragon age if I'm honest

Something about basic Skyrim just feels... ugh. Every quest sends you into a dungeon and every dungeon has those white walker wannabes. It just feels so uncreative. The Dragonborn DLC was fairly good though. Fallout 4 just feels like it has so much more to it, not every quest is about going into a dungeon to find a McGuffin. It just seems to have a lot more meat to it (though it could still improve). I just hope lessons have been learned for the next Elder Scrolls.

I tend not to be disappointed by games I buy which is lucky  but I have to say... I didn't get as gripped and enamored with The Last of Us as everyone and his uncle seemed to
