Good news for food buffs.
American diner chain Denny's is finally coming to the UK – beginning in Wales.
Known for their tasty breakfast items including pancakes, the company teased its imminent arrival across the Atlantic with a few posts on social media.
"Starting off in South Wales," Denny's wrote on Twitter, when asked where the first UK location will be. "Then will be all over the UK shortly after, so be ready for us!"
If anything, it's kind of surprising that Denny's hasn't tried to take over the UK until now.
At present, the chain has more than 1,600 restaurants combined in countries including the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, New Zealand, the Philippines, Qatar, and more.
"Please make sure you dominate all of the UK and not just a few places, we need you everywhere !!!!!" said another person, who clearly (and sadly) doesn't live in Swansea.

Same applies. Watered down rubbish that probably costs a tenth of what you paid. :smug:

Not in America, they love their coffee and it's a big part of a diner experience, proper filter coffee that you don't get charged an arm and a leg for :hee:

Will give it a try. I've always wondered what American biscuits and gravy taste like.

Oh I know they love it but in places like that they cut huge corners. Making gullible people feel they're getting freebies. :hehe:

They reflect the free refills in the meal price they are businesses not homeless refuges :idc:

If there's one thing I hate about America its their fast food outlets. Morbidly obese people queuing up to buy fat on a stick (corn dogs) grits, meat coated in sugar, chocolate that smells of sick and American processed cheese that has some strange additives in it that make it taste like anything but cheese.
America, especially New York has some of the best restaurants in the world but their fast food is just fat and additive additives on a plate, so I won't be going to Denny's... but ya all enjoy and have a nice day!

Don't know what diners you have been to, never seen anyone queuing up, and they generally do omelettes, pancakes, and breakfast, steak sandwiches, cream cheese bagels and stuff like that ...no fat on a stick in evidence :hehe:
Never been to Denny's so can't comment
Ronald.
