Why is Carly Rae Jepson so underrated?

She is multi talented, has an amazing and versatile voice has released some of the best music in this century. Other than that has managed to have a viral hit with her first wide release (Call Me Maybe) and another with the intro to Run Away With Me becoming a vine sensation.

Why is she not being held in the same esteem as Beyone and Rihanna?

I think its that her songs get irritating really fast. I would sooner punch myself than listen to Call Me Maybe right now, and obviously I loved the song back in the day.

I have been to see Rihanna three times and she has underwhelmed me vocally, she typically writes some of the worst songs on her albums (Kiss It Better being an exception) and she is a very poor actress.

Maybe Beyoncé was a stretch but saying that I would sooner listen to E.MO.TION than Lemonade tbh :shrug:
