I'm well and truly shook. For the past few weeks I've been getting barely any sleep and then napping for a couple of hours in the evening when I've finished work/uni.

I went to bed at like half 10 last night and I only woke up 15 mins ago and I feel REFRESHED.

What is the longest amount of time you chicks have slept?

Is this how long you go without waking up at all? Or did you wake up in the middle and decide to go back to sleep?

Goals! The longest I've ever slept was probably 14 hours, but that was a long time ago...

I had a similar experience yesterday (Thursday), I just been in work 7 straight days waking up at 5, but usually I have time off in between shifts but this week I was routered for all early mornings so I ended up getting a headache as I am not used to getting up so early for 7 straight days, I ended up coming home at 3 and falling asleep from 5 until 5 the next morning . Felt so more refeash today and thankfully I have tomorrow off now so can have a lie in.

Went on a school trip to Alton Towers that involved leaving at 1am, getting to the park at 8am, then setting off back home arriving at midnight... but also left on a school day so I had been up since 6 the previous day - awake for 42 hours total. Collapsed on my bed when I got home and slept for about 18 :joker:

When th'wife was a teenager, apparently, she was really ill and went for a sleep... and woke up 26 hours later :umm2:. She thought she had napped for 2 hours but a full day was missing. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as some sort of coma?

I can't sleep longer than 10 hours. And even with 10 hrs I feel disgusted with myself for missing a large portion of the day.

2 years ago my taxi didn't turn up for me to go home after school. I waited for a half hour and I just got impatient so I walked home. It was summer and at this time my muscles were weak and I hadn't done a long distance walk since I was paralysed so I was doing it on crutches. I got home at 5pm, undressed, and laid down a little while to relax. I wake up, check my phone, and it says "7:00", so I'm thinking it was 7pm, but NOPE I slept for 14 hours :skull: I was fuming because this was the night of Timewarp/Marc's fake eviction and I missed it and I was hoping to take part in the hype of seeing BB Legends enter the house!!! woo!

I fumed at my mum for not waking me up, mainly because it meant I missed a meal and I love eating

wow queen of disrupted sleep? :clap1:

How can sleeping for ten hours miss a huge portion of the day?

The average sleep is 8 hours so you'd only miss out on 2 hours.
