ITV Press posted an update about the live shows saying...

The nation’s favourite singing show returns this weekend with the start of the anticipated live rounds and the reveal of this year’s four wildcards.

Each of the final 16 contestants will sing their hearts out on the live stage with judges Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger and Simon Cowell resuming their seats behind the judges’ desk to battle it out with their contestants in the hope of impressing the audience at home.

They have new updated it and taken away the whole wildcards part and the '16' - either they accidentally spoiled it or it's a genuine mistake... but it would make sense, it would suggest they're having 8 acts perform each night, then 7 each night on week 2 etc.

Fitting in 16 acts into a short period of 6 weeks is really absurd...

It's also terrifying that the ITV Press Page lists both the first Saturday and Sunday as Live Shows with the same description, and Sunday has no mention of results.

Apparently the public will pick the 4 wildcards. They’ll be voted from the 12 acts that are sent home this weekend, and the 1 with the most votes from each category will join the final 12, making it a final 16, for the first live weekend..

Maybe the producers weren't happy that sharon sent Grace home so this is a way of getting her back. Not sure she has sent her home though that's just what people have said on here

so Talia sent out a video to friends, which got leaked online, and it confirmed that they were axed from judges houses, and they also revealed all the acts who made it through. They also said there are wildcard spots..

They are in BIG trouble! But I didn't manage to see the video so still don't know any spoilers, except them themselves :laugh:

It’s getting like the voice, and that is not a good thing. They had 20 finalists in series one, with 5 live shows.
