I'm a bit confused by the decsioms this series
I'm happy with them cause the ones I don't like are going but the failure of this task was hardly due to Elliot - Michaela and Harison made the biggest errors but whatever

Michaela should 100% of been the one to be fired!!!:facepalm: , Alan Sugar's choices so far this series have been all over the place .

Michaela wasn't a good project manager and she made such huge errors, she messed the task up !!! . From a crappy presentation board with wrong colours you can't see ( that's basic computer skills :bored: ) to embarrassing spelling mistakes .

To the whole confusion on the name , straight away when they kept the stupid double ii
I knew Alan Sugar wouldn't like it lol .

It's ashame for the boys as they had confidence and pitched better than the girls, it's unbelievable how the girls keep winning when they argue and behave unprofessional :shocked: .

There's only a few of the girls who seem like they have potential, when they're all together they're like crazy parrots constantly interrupting and they argue like cats & dogs :nono: .

That Siobhan is the worst she always wants the last word, but don't worry I'm sure Sugar will keep her for a long time , even though she has such an unlikable attitude and a negative old bag vibe :cloud: .

Elliott may be quiet but he was clearly intelligent but didn't get to input much .

He wasn't solely responsible for the failure of the task , but Michaela was!!! She screwed up big time and she was project manager, Sugar put her with the boys thinking she'd have a positive influence but she cost them !!:facepalm:

But Nicky if you watch Apprentice religiously you'll know every season and episode the candidates always blame each other because in that boardroom you have to fight your own corner and convince Sugar yo save YOU ! . ( yes there's backstabbing & throwing people under the bus )

But in this case they were all partly to blame but Eliot wasn't the main problem, Charles didn't do anything what did he contribute?? :conf:

Michaela is a poor leader, having a gobby voice doesn't equal business skills.
Siobhan is terrible and too argumentative , she's not a team player and she's very miserable.

Jade had some good ideas but hey pitching was bad , James is okay and Harrison has potential as well.

I'm not the biggest fan of Elliot but he honestly should have stayed he hasn't really had the chance to "prove" himself yet and his business plan could have very easily worked. I really like Michaela but she should have gone home ngl.

omg this weeks was a hot mess. Knew the girls would win by the editing (Was played that the girls looked like they would lose the infighting losing the toy etc) and probably the right one went although Harrison should have gone really by being sub team leader and not managing to get any orders for the robot. Looking forward to next weeks though

The way they glossed over Michaela's pretty grievous errors made it obvious she wasn't going anywhere. She screwed up the robot in every possible way, and left the boys to pitch a doomed product. While I won't miss Elliot, Michaela surviving makes clear the fact this is a TV show before anything else.

Two bad teams here, the other one is just a little less worse than the other and that´s why it´s 3-0 at the moment for the women's team. Last two firings have been good in terms of personality and likability, but in terms of the losses being their fault neither of Jeff or Elliott were to blame. Should have been James/Ross in the last weeks episode (out of the three) as James effed up the budget and bought the furniture at a too high price and James because he okay´d everything including the theme and wasn´t really a good PM. Mikayla should have been fired on this weeks episode cause she along with her team was responsible for the presentation board and she caused the confusion on changing the name after the robot´s programming was done in a different name.

Going to be hard for L. Sugar to find an apprentice out of this lot as they are all are in complete shambles.
