Joanna I kind of understand the appeal since she's a big character but Sarah Jayne has literally been invisible in every episode so far and the only time she's shown is when she's being a basic bitch who isn't even entertaining :shrug: She doesn't even do anything useful in the tasks.

I think Joanna & Sarah Jayne were underrated in the task, they also didn't get a chance to shine as Elizabeth pushed them on the back bench making candyfloss :notimpressed: :facepalm: , Elizabeth was a control freak and didn't listen to her team who wanted to get involved more in sales.

She even lied when Joanna called her out she denied that Joanna & Sarah -Jayne wanted to get involved more :shocked: .

Jade & Elizabeth took over completely without a care for their team . I honestly think the girls work badly together .

I think Jade should've stayed making sales as she was doing well and seemed to be selling a lot. But I do agree that Joanna & Sarah should have been allowed to be more involved.

Finally the womens team lost due to overspending and not getting enough profit. Although i Siobhan made critical errors i think Elizabeth really should have been fired as she is just a disturbing and overpowering annoyance in their team and not an asset. She needs to go.

That being said, Siobhan was a bee and always miserable and looked a bit like Helen Wood so i´m glad she´s gone. Just wish it was a double firing and Ewlizabeth got canned too.

I'm glad Ross has gone, he was the invisible boring man in the latest episode :sleep: .
In the past he hasn't been impressive at all , and he doesn't interact well in his team , he's like a lost rabbit in head lights.

Last time he was PM was a very weak performance, and I noticed he was awkward :facepalm: . I was disappointed in Ross as I expected more from him , he makes out he's clever and has a huge IQ than everyone else (heard of modesty eh Ross lol ) , but the Apprentice is clearly the wrong process for him.

I read an interview where he even said him & Sugar wouldn't work well together and that he didn't expect the tasks to be so difficult :rolleyes: lol didn't the guy watch or hear about the other 12 series?? :laugh: .
