Can't you have a rule whereby members can choose their own 3/4 to show on their profile, so long as one of them is a BB/CBB favourite (or else it won't allow you to proceed)?

I'm pretty sure most people on here would have at least one of their all time BB faves on their profile regardless

Get rid of the join date, that's not really important and you can easily look on their profile to see when they joined when it's only used for games. (hardly ever actually)
