Men´s team lost for the umpteenth time and Ross got fired out of Sarg and Harrison. Not fussed about Ross gone as he proven to be useless in this last 5 eps and he contributed nothing in this task. But he wasn´t at fault of the teams loss and either Harrison or Ross or both of them should have been kicked out since they were ultimately responsible. Sarg for the lack of planning and failing out on getting the computer and Harrison for not only taking a unnecessary risk of getting the computer, but for failing to get the building materials.

Next time it looks like Elizabeth is the team leader for the mens team. Hopefully they lose again and Ewlizabeth gets finally booted out. :flutter:

I'm loving this series so much, I really can't get a read on who's winning/going far with the edit though (have a feeling Harrison & Michaela will at least make interviews by their edit) but I can't get a read on anyone else.

I'm so pissed Ross has gone.

He didn't do anything to contribute though :facepalm:, I was disappointed in Ross he became the invisible man tonight, and when he opened his mouth in one of the shops it seemed rambled , it fell flat and he was completely lost .
Even Charles stood out more and he's utterly useless :laugh: :rolleyes:. So if Saj brought Charles back in the boardroom along with Ross that also would of been the right choice.

But it was still the right decision to fire Ross as all through previous weeks /tasks he hasn't stood out much, he's probably a nice guy but he was too quiet and didn't show us much .

He obviously thinks if he just stands there looking clever then that's enough for him , even if he is more academic he still has to get involved in tasks and speak up more and give useful ideas rather than just analysing everything .

And tonight it's like he wasn't there and disappeared into the background further than Charles :notimpressed: , it was awkward even Sugar made a comment about Ross' lack of presence lol .
