I said it last week but it's even more important now, the lines need to open at the start of the show. Five minutes to vote is ****ing absurd, and whether people liked the result or not (I didn't mind it), it will throw up all these weird anomalies if it continues.

how would it be fair for lines to be open longer for some contestants over others though, 5 minutes is pretty ridiculous there must be a reason for it, easy way to manipulate the vote, by getting production to call.. :think:

They could just open the vote for like 15 minutes and have the guest perform etc, then do the prize fight at the end with a 4 minute flash vote over the last adbreak

I can't remember what series they started doing it but it's been done before and last year they started opening the lines at the start of the show around week 3 I believe? I'm pretty sure after all was said and done the stats showed that the running order mattered a lot less when the lines were open from the start, obviously back then there was 24 hours to vote but still...5/10 minutes is beyond stupid. People have their favourites now, let them vote from the start
