Yeah, papers, magazines and websites wouldn't exist without advertising... they would have to cost £10+ each to cover costs and that's a moot point because if they were £10+, no one would buy them at all.

That said, the "journalistic" content of tabloid print papers is questionable at best anyway so it doesn't really matter what is or isn't printed in them.
