Obviously quite some way to go yet, but now that the 32nd and final team is about to be confirmed within the next hour, it seems time to get the thread going. I think I've done this for the past 3 major tournaments (Euro 2012/WC2014/Euro 2016) so I'm more than happy to keep the tradition going. I'll do the draw once we have 32 names, of course. There will be an award, when I can be bothered to design one!
