it's not different though, it's the same thing as mine. If you wanted to run it you should have asked me (i would have said no because i've planned the logo and stuff) but you can't steal it from me because it will get closed straight away, Nicky did the same the other day and was told off.

it's not, it's just not allowed. If someone made a show X Factor in the UK without permission they will be sued. My rtv awards had everything yours had so it wasn't different at all.
