In response to this I just took me jammies off to make me a bit cooler but now I feel even hotter and uncomfortable and this always seems to happen (that I get hotter with nowt on than clothed (:hehe:) and I don't know why so I'd like a scientifical explanation please TiBBers

Yeah I always sleep under a duvet, not or cold, and I get this quite often in the summer but never in November before.

I sometimes get this as well, it's really awful. I usually get out of the bed and out of the room to cool down just for a few minutes, then enter again and it's usually fine.
