i eat this vegetable a lot, with potatoes and then also a cheese sauce made from milk, flour, cheese, starch

it's also a commonly used vegetable here in holland :hee:

One of my favourite veg, unfortunately it is now on my ever increasing foods not allowed list:fist:

Sliced and roasted it is divine.

i've tried growing them myself as well in my garden, can be quite difficult must say

snails and caterpillars eat the leaves real fast :worry:

I think scrunched up tin foil in a circle around the plants helps keep the snails off as they hate crawling over sharp things - well thats what i heard.

It's lovely. Only veg I can't eat are cucumber and celery, I burp them alllll day.
