Channel 4 Font

I was wondering. does anyone have the channel 4 font that i can download? I have been looking for it everywhere. And i notice a lot of the members on here use it.

Channel4 can go into legal battles and stuff with people if they use the font Jemma, so as far as I know, no-one gives it out anymore. Another may prove me wrong by giving you the font though. Anyway welcome to TiBB Jemma. We're a friendly bunch on here :)
