8. Witness - Katy Perry
I was ****ing excited for this album once BA and Swish were released. It didn't quite live up to my expectations, but there are some really good songs on there, and I appreciate that she tried to break the mold though. There are a few tragic songs though (I'm looking at Miss You More and Save As Draft).
7. Rainbow - Kesha
It's not quite to my musical taste, but it's cute and very powerful at the same time. Learn to Let Go, Praying and Rainbow really move me.
6. More Life - Drake
A solid body of work. It's a bit long and overfilled, but it's very easy on the ear.
5. Dua Lipa - Dua Lipa
I do think she's a taaad overrated now, but I'm looking forward to seeing her in concert. This album is basically just a collection of solid bops.
4. Number 1 Angel - Charli XCX
Wig-snatching, short and sweet ride. She really pulled it off here. Dreamer and Drugs
3. Take Me Apart - Kelela
Now I move into the God tier of my ranking. Such a cohesive body of work. It really has such good momentum, and it's so experimental. It's a real grower, and songs like Frontline, Waitin, Better, LMK and Truth or Dare can just be played over and over.
2. DAMN. - Kendrick Lamar
The best album as a piece of art. The last 30 seconds of the album honestly gives me goosebumps. This album is such a ride, and it's amazing to have an a Hip-hop with such dynamism, and I really appreciate it as an album with a clear focus that comes together effortlessly.
1. SZA - Ctrl
Literally my best album of all time as it stands. I've had Ctrl on and off repeat for six months now. Every song is exquisitely written, sung and produced, and can be played over and over again. The lyricism is mindblowing, and it's pretty full of relatable content. Unbeaten, and idk if I'll ever hear an album as perfect as this again.

Honorable mentions to Miguel and Tove Lo's albums which I've not really gotten into yet, but the lead singles absolutely hooked me on both counts, so I'm hoping I will click with these albums soon.

Zara Larsson's album gets the boobie prize as the most disappointing album of 2017. Utter trash in parts.

So what does everyone else think
