In the hidden high-security government laboratory where she works, lonely Elisa (Sally Hawkins) is trapped in a life of isolation. It looks interesting but Guillermo Del Toro's Hollywood projects are so hit and miss :worry: I hope this is a return to form.

I love Pan's Labyrinth and Devil's Backbone, the vampire film is okay too. I'm not so much of a fan of his Hollywood works, but I'll check this shizzle out. I saw on Twitter that it's better to watch it with little to no information beforehand, so I'll give the trailer and synopsis a miss for now - "made by Del Toro" is good enough for me <345

It's gotten quite a lot of nods at the Golden Globes.
