For folks my age he was a childrens tv regular and then went on to be a national treasure. he was brilliant in Extras and Life's too Short written by Ricky Gervais

There was a programme on telly recently about lung cancer and sufferers were saying it's so annoying when people say "were you a smoker?" Like, if you were, you deserve it. No one says to people with AIDS, "Sleep with someone infected, did you?" because it would be insensitive and rude. Didn't see Hopkins' tweet. Isn't she busy getting a sex change? Or was that last week.

Anyhoo... poor old Keith. 60 is no age, what a shame.
