It’s about time the kind of scum that commit such horrific cruelty on innocent defenceless animals receive significant jail sentences as well as public shaming. Blatant cowards.

My thoughts as well - never understood why people don’t just hand over pets they don’t want. It makes no sense unless I guess they are sick and enjoy watching them suffer or they are embarrassed.

Even if they're embarrassed they could leave it outside the gates anonymously

People who do this are just scum, heartless bastards and I really hope they haven't got or never have kids,this poor dog all he needed was food and shelter which would have been given to him by an animal shelter,I hope these dirtbags suffer a long and terrible death and if they are found,stop slapping them on the wrist and bannng them from having animals,anyone can pick one up,lock them up not for months,but years,just scumbaggy bastards.

I hope animal welfare remains in the spotlight it reinforces the public resistance to any reduction in the level of protections currently afforded to ALL animals, not just cute fluffy ones.

I'm not going to open a link that depresses me, so I'm not sure what happened other than someone was cruel to an animal.

Animal cruelty comes in many forms, all is heinous, none is forgivable.
