They both deserve to be in the final based on their liveability factor. Two people keen and professional in their manner in dealing with people and earning respect.
James has the edge based on his enthusiasm to succeed and he has more self confidence than Sarah.
Elizabeth was too difficult to work with...Joanna was too weak and Michaela was too greedy and lacked likeability.
