What a charmer. If people think he represents a strong and stable Europe, something Britain should want to be a part of - they are clearly very ill-informed. What Junker does is pretty much irrelevant to us now though. We ain't going to be in the EU. We are leaving the EU because of our distaste for the goings on in Brussels. It's never been pretty.
