They sell them in Harrods and Selfridges too. Just goes to show that because something is expensive doesn’t mean it’s any better

I doubt anyone does, the whole show is fake and she is not more a businesswoman than Karen Brady is. Its just a telly show

:joker: I don't buy sweets and I wouldn't pay 18 quid for a carbon copy either  .
Seems kind of rich the criticism Bianca got for selling tights for 20 quid , when Sarah is selling silly sweets for 18 quid .

sums up her on the apprentice really, she was dire throughout the show. She will only be remembered because of Alan hiring two people.

I was about to mention this.
They sell those 1kg tubs of Swizzels sweets every year around Halloween for a fraction of the price.

Did she mention is the interview stage what her revenue was and was it verified?

you wouldn't put mars etc in a box and make it £20 when you can get celebrations for £5 in supermarkets would you? so i don't understand why she is ripping her customers off :skull:
If it was freshly made like Alana's cakes then its understandable but Sarah gets her supplies from a supplier.
it's an extra two pound to personalise it lmao.

£5 for delivery as well!??? , she's taking the royal P*ss !:, those aren't even upmarket sweets they literally look like tuck shop sweets from a school canteen :laugh2: . People must be mad to buy a jar of cheap looking crappy sweets for that price ! .

If people are foolish enough to buy it then good on her
Get money bitch
Amy Jade
19-12-2017, 04:55 PM
Have you seen how small the jar is too? they are literally the same weight as a box of dry cat food. Nowhere near worth £18 she must be making a huge profit off of people. Robbery really.
Crimson Dynamo
19-12-2017, 04:55 PM
i doubt anyone is buying them
i mean anyone
you can put it for sale for £1000 but that does not mean anyone will buy it
lets see a receipt that even one was sold

Someone could easily undercut her and still make a reasonable profit

I actually like the name and I like the idea of the business but it is not worthy of Lord Sugar’s £250k investment. However, I did not like James’s behaviour in the board room tbh, and that would have been enough to make me hire Sarah.

I think that was a prototype and will be rolled out eventually, it is a much better idea than the sweetie jar, how much packaging will be needed to make sure that arrives safely :skull:
