[Finnebrogue claims its Naked Bacon
product is completely free of nitrites,
preservatives, E numbers and all allergens.]

[Nitrites and nitrates, commonly
used to cure meat, may contribute
to the carcinogenic quality of
processed meat, including bacon.]

I recently stopped eating bacon (a meat I used to love) because its got a really odd taste to it. Its an overly processed taste and its sweeter than it used to be.
I don't know what's happening to some of our foods. Tomatoes are bitter, tangerines have no flavor, potatoes too watery and gritty and most butters are flavorless.

I would definitely try this naked bacon.

My butchers bacon is fantastic.
You get what you pay for I guess.
Supermarkets are so confusing..different smokes, different cures etc.

I had the sweetest tomatoes ever last night, but yeah..bacon, looks and tastes like a pigs back...sometimes as hairy.
