Take the numbers at the end of that link and put them between [/tw•eet] (without the dot)
So...
[tweet]948514026413322240[/tw•eet] (again without the dot)
So you get;

Hallel-****ing-lulliah to that
There's still plenty of inequality towards women!
Men can take their tops off in the summer and nothing is said but god forbid a lady wearing a smaller top than normal - maybe a bit low cut - oh my!

It's so refreshing, the latter's been done to death and became boring a long time ago. I'd go as far as to say it could potentially revitalise the franchise if the series continues like this and is a success.

I hope not. This could be a great series, if producers don't meddle with it like they usually do.

You need to get out and walk about in the summer if you really think that outdated rubbish is still previlent.

That the woman was groped because of what she was (or wasn’t) wearing?

While their are still some inequalities this scenario is less important then other things

If your focus on the plight of women in the world is focussing on this rather than the severe persecutions they suffer elsewhere then i cant help you.

If only. I hope they don't do the usual stuff like pitting people against each other to start conflict and fights....and I hope it doesn't turn out to be a man /woman contest type thing. I'm quite intrigued to see how they are going to handle this, what tasks they will have etc.

Yeah same here but for now atleast they've made us curious and interested in what way things will go instead of the last few years of knowing exactly how it would!

Well ive just sat and watched these hand picked women celebrating womanhood say that none of them have ever experienced discrimination because of their sex..
Infact 2 of them have already said that todays women go looking for grieviences.

I think they said that they had never experienced discrimination at work. And because they have not been discriminated against at work, does that mean they can't celebrate 100 years from the first steps of female emancipation?
I work in a male-dominated area and I'm up against it all the time, even now. Believe me. It is not a myth.

Tom4784
03-01-2018, 03:54 PM
Any man that sees women talking about the issues they and others face and get upset over it because they aren't talking about something relating to the man in question. True masculine fragility right there. Any man that tries to downplay sexism or pretend that they've feel like they've been the victim of sexism because they feel victimised by a TV show for having a female focused launch (Good ****ing grief) is fragile and should consider themselves lucky for never having experienced true discrimination if they believe that to be what discrimination is.

They should have gotten 8 woman that have experienced discriminisation for being women rather than these pampered clowns..

You say they haven't experienced discrimination but we just watched a video of a few of them earlier saying they couldn't rent flats or buy drinks in a bar before 1975......

They said it themselves on live feed last night...not one of them could come up with anything when asked if they had experienced discrimination due to their sex...apart from one who was expected to make a cup of tea in 1982.

Well India is being discriminated everyday because of her gender including by a few on this forumu who refuse to call her a woman

Did you not hear them on the video posted though, Amanda said she couldn't rent a flat because she was woman, Ann said there were job adverts in the paper for the same role with wages for a man and different ones for a woman .......
Vicky.

I don't mind calling her a woman. Though do you have a definition of woman that includes male people? Noone seems to be able to do this so I am extremely curious.
India is definitely not 'female' though. So billing it as an all female launch with someone who is not female is quite silly.
