Not seen as a legend among drag race fans because the show is eager to portray their queens as vulnerable little hopefuls that can only achieve greatness by looking up to and adoring the matriarchal Ru herself, and Courtney was instead already a semi-big name so got shafted by the edit as an arrogant bitch, but in actuality she's just a super talented and sweet, #woke person.

Not a bad choice for the first Drag Race HM: she's done other reality shows recently (that MTV dating show with Jedward), she's already pretty high profile and her humour/style isn't particularly left-field or OTT compared to other queens, so she won't have to be in character 24/7 and her personality will be pretty accessible to those who know nothing about Drag Race
