I don't think him going in will be an issue for any of the housemates tbh. Possibly the viewers, but from what I've heard about Courtney/Shane, he's not going to be too fussed about pronouns. I imagine the housemates will just get on with it.

As for India, she hasn't actually indicated she has any issues with drag queens as far as I'm aware. Her convo the other day was about not wanting to be viewed by other people as somebody who is one. Which is fair enough. It wasn't actually a criticism of drag queens as some have misinterpreted it as. And if she's further misgendered herself I'd assume she'd handle it just as well as she did in last nights episode.

The house seems quite a reasonable and mature one, I think anyone expecting a big drama to arise from this might be disappointed.

Pansexual is a fancy word for bi really. Sexuality is about which sex you are attracted to (or both, or neither) and even ever one of the 71 genders will be one sex or the other, just with different dress senses and such. They should try to simplify things not make it more complex.

If labels are needed then Straight, Gay, Bi and Asexual can pretty much cover everything. I don't think there's enough difference between the Bi and Pan labels to really justify them both.

Most drag queens tend to refer to each other as she, in and out of Drag. And even by their drag names most of the time. Not as a rules it’s just something that’s naturally come about. Like I’m sure Elton John’s friends mostly refer to him as Elton even though it’s not his given name.

I can’t see Courtney been too fussed about people calling her he or she though. Both would be fine. RuPaul is quite happy with both.

For people suggesting it’ll kick off between India & Shane, I feel it’ll be the complete opposite.

Shane is very outspoken on the issue of ‘gender’ and will probably be the mediator between India and anyone who mistakenly misgenders her in the house. If Shane kicks off with anyone it’ll likely be Ann who I don’t think will ever budge on her attitudes, and will rightly be challenged if they come up
