View Full Version : Will Dapper Laughs get ejected?
this isn’t me going ‘EJECT HIM!!!!’ It’s an actual question due to Channel 5 having a knack for putting people in and then the public not being very happy with their inclusion, e.g. Tila and the Auschwitz picture, Andre and the video leak and homophobia, etc etc.
It comes down to this
This series is all about ‘female empowerment’. The women in the series talked about the sexual assault scandals currently happening in Hollywood just the other day... and they’re putting someone who lost their career for making rape jokes in the house on the ‘year of the woman’? This isn’t going to sit well with people, and I can imagine him getting pulled from the series because his inclusion in this series is really dumb and trivial and Channel 5 are going to play dumb.

a comedian making a comment as he did ages ago isnt enough to get ejected really. No one has found a smoking gun comment yet - that is not to say he hasnt made one however

I don't think so. I think BB know exactly what his history is and he'll be warned before going in (and I don't think they're putting him in with the intention to eject him, could be wrong but I doubt it)
Edited to add, I do think it's a cynical ploy for ratings though, and them hoping the controversy that surrounds him will give the show a boost
Epic.

i ****ing hope so
Given his controversial nature, if i were Dapper, given the previous ejections, i would have a clause in my contract saying he can't get ejected for anything out there on social media at this time. That being the case, BB couldn't act on it without giving him his fee

Yes. They seem to put in someone every series who they will then eject for views outside of the house. Its almost as if its planned for publicity...heh

Exactly, there’s gonna be a load of people angry that he’s in there to stir up some publicity and drama surrounding the show

After recent series, it wouldn't surprise me if it's a publicity stunt...

it really is too coincidental not to be

It's only Tila this has happened to though isn't it? Other ejections were because of what the housemates did during the series (unless I'm forgetting anyone)
wait there was Andrew as well, but they couldn't have been expected to know about that, whereas Dapper's history is quite well documented

If it saves us from Bear 2.0 monopolising the show then YES PLEASE.

Hopefully not. If the public do end up hating him, I'd rather he was evicted because of it.

But then it's vote to save, so no chance of that happening

He was like 70 tbf lmao. Don't think Ken Morley would have fared much better had he not been removed.

His gross history with women is probably the reason he was bought for the show

He has changed, so I hope they don't eject him for the mistake he had done in the past.

It seems to be that Daniel is different to Dapper judging by last night.

His general personality still seems the same to me lol, it's just that he was a lot more tame

they addressed the controversy so unfortunately he's here to stay
It seems to be that Daniel is different to Dapper judging by last night.A bit like David Jason is different to Del Boy and Rowan Atkinson is different to Mr Bean.

That's not as extreme as supporting Nazi ideology.
