He puts his points across well, but obviously there are only two genders. But I can see what he means, in that some males like feminine things, and vice versa.

Depends how you use gender really.

I would say there are two sexes
But unlimited genders. As gender is a spectrum, all the way from 100% masculine to 100% feminine.

I don't see gender as a spectrum, nor have I seen anything to indicate it is; in my view, gender is the sex of your brain, put simply. Masculine and feminine are just attributes, which can change over time - I've seen people's levels of both change over their lives, but their internal sense of self didn't really change.
