Why not go the whole hog, and make it an HOH comp, like BBCan+BBUSA? Have just one person placing the nominations.

It would feel less like yet another tedious nomination twist that way...

If it's gonna be "left", it should be normal nominations. If it's not normal nominations, being a BBCan type format is better than half the house voting...
