I have a problem with comments like this as an argument to evict bigger characters that people don't like
If the other HMs were doing stuff of interest or good viewing then it would be shown in the highlights, but the one who is doing the most interesting stuff was obviously India, that's why they show her and why they show everyone talking about her (or any other big character that takes up most of the airtime)

People aren't going to change massively because one person is gone now, they'll act the same and stuff that wasn't highlight worthy last week will have to be shown now
Does this make any sense? kinda?

Your argument is flawed. When one character dominates the house like India, it leaves everything coming from and feeding back to them. When they're removed, it allows other things to develop and the housemates to actually move forward and talk about something else.

So, no, it's not as simple as "India's the only one doing anything so they only show her". No, they're only choosing to show her and especially since the show moved to channel 5 we've heard loads over the years about how much was cut and edited out because the producers chose one narrow narrative to focus on.

It's never good when one person takes over the whole show.

That argument only works when the big character is literally dominating the entire show and stopping anyone else from being able to do anything that isn't centred around them (ie. Bear). India was a big character but she didn't dominate the show at all. Maybe the first few highlights but she wasn't OTT most of the time.

When one person is constatly in a sulk and bringing down the entire house...I do think they can change the dynamic to a huge degree.

Now we'll see which people don't like each other through nominations alone + within the house moments. It feels like there's enough people that actually get bothered easily in there so I'm sure they will get bothered by others now that India doesn't have all the attention in the conversations & the edit.

I have to disagree to some extent. India made the show all about her..she created the drama and therefore any other interaction between other housemates gets edited out. Whilst everyone allowed the focus to be on India...now there is no focus and maybe other rumblings in the house will create different drama.
My fear is that the focus will be on showmance/ bromance crap. BB now have to get some debates going...like they did when the women spent the first 3 days in the house. There are plenty of opinionated people in there...drama may well have to be forced by exposing diverse opinions.
Let's hope anyway.
