India Willoughby has revealed that she believes Rachel Johnson was the ‘architect of her misery’ during her short time in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The newsreader appeared on The Wright Stuff today after tweeting that she had been ‘played like a fiddle by a massive manipulator’ during her time in the house.

She said on the show that journalist Rachel Johnson was the person in question. Rachel is the sister of Boris Johnson daughter of last year’s I’m a Celebrity contestant Stanley Johnson – who also happened to be on the Wright Stuff panel today.

‘I think I do need to set the record straight and I’m sorry that Stanley is here because hes a lovely gentleman and I am a massive massive fan,’ India started the conversation with host Mark Wright, before turning to Stanley. ‘But the architect of my demise was sadly your daughter.’

‘Within an hour or so of actually being in the house I was being mis-gendered left, right and center. I started off politely just pointing out the reasons why that was inappropriate but it continued.’

She then went on to say that, when the show started and the men weren’t yet in the house, Ann Widdicombe decided she no longer wanted to sleep in the boy’s room and it was decided by the other housemates that India should take Ann’s place, as there were not enough beds in the women’s sleeping quarters.

‘There was this undercurrent which I felt from the start, and because of what Rachel was doing, the mis-gendering – and Ann – it marked me out as the runt of the litter.

‘Obviously if you’re constantly being questioned whether you’re “he” or “him”, then you are going to reaffirm your gender, you’re going to point out that’s not appropriate.’

India also alleged that she was ‘egged on’ by Rachel.

‘Rachel was saying, “Show me your bazookas”, she’s on camera doing that.

‘She was egging me on – “Are they real, can I have a look, can I have a touch”. Having told her repeatedly that I’m a woman, I’m a she, I just got tired of verbally doing it and I thought I’m just going to let my body speak for itself.

‘The well of potential goodwill in that house has been poisoned early on, and it’s difficult and maybe its only something as a person who’s transgender would understand.’

Mark also brought up India’s drag queen incident, in which she argued with housemate Andrew Brady about her phobia of drag queens, and again second-guessing whether her phobia was genuine or not.

‘I didn’t know the drag queens were going to be there on that day, but if I’m at an event on that day and the organiser says “Look we’d like to get some PR shots, can you go over there and have your picture taken with them”, I’m going to do it.’

Yeah, I mean clearly both Ann and Amanda as elderly ladies were given/had agreed with BB that they would get beds to themselves which imo is fair enough. It makes India look really bad to try and steal a bed off an old lady no matter what kind of spin she tries to put on it

Rachel did misgender her but it was in a conversation with Ann and someone else, not to India. She just slipped up and said he. It shouldn't be a big deal! Mr Jaxie sometimes calls me by his friend at works name and by my sons name. He gets there in the end. Bless. I haven't killed him for it yet.

Regarding the bed issue, she relayed that incorrectly as she said Ann was happy to go into the mens bedroom, but as we know that was only while the room was empty and it was because people had said they hated snoring, she never mentioned that she agreed to swop beds back when the men came in.

Ann went into the other room initially as India refused to move, even when Ann's towels were placed on the bed. Ann said she didn't mind as she snored.

Then India said if Ann wanted the bed when she returned, India would move.

When the men were coming in Ann had to return to the women's room. India reneged on her words and wouldn't move until she was told to by BB.

Then India went to the diary Room and badmouthed the woman because she didn't get her own way.

Far different from Indias selective memory on the subject.
