I will venture a guess at 14.

But I would guess that new housemates may appear, sometime during the show and mix things up

But i would prefer evicted housemates to stay evicted. Not bringing an odd one back in there.

15 on launch, 20 in total. It's not that I'd prefer that (which I don't), but that's what going to happen, a lot of people will be brought in. It just happens more and more each year. This isn't counting replacements, which I'm fine with because they have a necessary function.

id guess about 22 overall. Id say 15 launch night. I have a feeling they might do something on launch night with a white room like bbaus! so thats 19/20 and then a few people are bound to walk/ be ejected!

I hope they'll put in 18 on the launch night (or 14 on Wednesday, 4 more on Friday.. or something along the lines of that) so we'll have an eviction for the first 12 weeks, leaving 6 in the final week like they've been doing. That way we don't need new housemates which take the focus off of those who have been there from the start.
