Ahhhh the annual "give me 30 seconds of TV time again" for those media hungry housemates who still feel the need to remind us who they are. No doubt you Bass fanatically obsessed will be thrilled with her stories of augmentations that she and her fellow female housemates just love to display at every opportunity - whether they get paid for it or not. The poor male ex-housemates have to rely on pantomimes and cheap phone in game shows alas (oh and adverts on the Sky channels).

It would be far more interesting to hear what those housemates who don't respond to the annual letter of invitation are up to - but then I guess they don't have agents pushing for their cut of the fee

They're not getting paid as far as I know. Also not all housemates were approached & not all who were apprached agreed to do it.

All of us inhabitants of my space do know what the exhousemates are doing as most of them are on it.Why would we resent any one of them having success after spending 3 mths being tortured for our entertainment.Pete Burns said lately he feared for this years HM,s and does not know how people stick it out for 3 mths, as the head games are that bad.Whether they get paid or not or have agents or not is their business not ours. What augmentations they have is also, their bodies, their business.I doubt anyone will be discussing that anyway, why would they? it is not a makeover programme. You might be surprised what it is aired.Cynisism of people trying to make a living is wasted in this context.Best of luck to them I say.

Isn't it nice when you find a public forum where everyone is allowed to express their own thoughts and opinions without reproach

I had forgotten how beautiful Michelle used to be without the chrispy orange hair - that clip must have been an old one I assume? Also, shame she only got to plug something I believe she isn't actually doing any more??????

Jason made me laugh - still pedling the same line about why he didn't win - Ahmed is a pulling machine  well ......

Interesting who appeared and what was chosen to be aired - was anyone negative about their BB experience?

Hi Harrypotter

Yes it was an old clip of Michelle taken from her first stint as the presenter on TVX. I don't really understand the media but I was quite surprised that the bit with Michelle plugging Gay Pride wasn't withdrawn especially as her PR company announced she wasn't doing it several days ago. I'm sure there is plenty she could have promoted like her Discoo modelling contract and her music, or even the Race for Life

Ahmed, a pulling machine? It's what he pulls that worries me  I'm just relieved that he is now in London, I live in fear of bumping into him every time I'm in Liverpool city centre :blush2:

Corporal - great to see another Red

I agree about the hair I am a fan of the brunette look too.But its her hair , her choice. She looked well, pity we did not get a fairer view of her career considering how others were bigged up.Jasons salon got a big plug, sadly he is as delusional as ever and whats with the hair and eyebrows to match.Victor and his music ,,the label record suk describes it perfectly.Where was Nadia and Kate Lawler looks like a lot of people refused to turn up.

You're right, it's most odd. Maybe she did talk about those things but they edited them out for some reason. The
Whole thing seemed slipshod & poorly researched anyway. In the BB5 roundup at the end of the segment they failed to mention that Dan is recording an album, only mentioning his hairdressing & DJing (this despite having been told). Seems the housemates are still being edited to fit allotted roles

Agree with all of the above it was odd, also they covered all relationships except Michelle and Stuart's which was actually the highlight of BB5 and what little they did say they couldn't get right. One or two of BB5 housemates didn't even get a mention and this lot knocked spots of those from any of the other BBs although it was fun seeing bits from BB2 that Stuart drove me mad.

I was surprised Dan was mentioned so little and Jason and Vic so much .I agree it was a rushed job and sloppily done. Why was Sophie on it so much, who even remembers her.The people who should have been featured were not and those noone remembers were.Wheres the good in that. The theme this year is fun and not fame hungry HM,s ,as if thats going to happen.

It's very simple. Dan didn't agree to do the prog whereas Vic & Jay (among others) did. Dan just gave them info over the phone, half of which they chose to disregard. Looks like they just went with what they could get & even then they didn't get it right. I've seen someone on DS post that some housemates were recorded but not used. don't know how true that is though.

I have been on Dans my space and he has a lot going on plus he was a great HM on the best BB of them all.I,d believe it about the recording and ignoring thing. Its what they do isn.t it.I feel they were trying to be ironic and smug, showing people who are not out for fame like Sophie. But a lot of HM,s like Dan were in music before BB not because of it.Who wants to look at or listen to Jasons delusional spiel and what is that hair with matching dyed eyebrows about.Plus Victors music was shown, the label record suk says it all.Victor was a genius HM but rapper nooo.Plus no Nadia or Pete.Wierd!
