I don't really mind it being on a Wednesday. CBB5 was on a Wednesday, BB7 was on a Thursday and CBB4 was on a Thursday so I don't really expect it to be on Friday anymore. Most people go out on Friday nights therefore miss it. Wednesday is a quiet night hence more people are likely to be in watching TV.

CBB4 launched on a Wednesday/Thursday (definitely not Friday).
BB7 launched on a Thursday.
CBB3 launched on a Wednesday.

It's been two years since we've had a Friday launch and a return to a Friday launch was never on the cards. Wednesday is only a brutal night to launch on this year because there's tough competition from BBC1 and ITV1.

Im going with the adverts during ugly betty on e4 tonight at 9, bcos
theres 2 weeks and usually theres an eyeflash two weeks before, then a house ad a week before the show and then the countdown usually 10 days before the show.
Altho, bb6 had shown its house advert bout 20 days before launch cos i remember they had an 18 days countdown shown few days after house advert.
