I think they were thinking more strategically, they already know Ann is popular on the outside so they wanted to put her up against someone with a fan base.

yeah no real hate towards each other, apart from Ann so from that perspective it is a strong series no real rivalries

Yep, pretty much sums up their reasons.

For me Shane L was the biggest hypocrite as he's not a part of the group either, always doing his own thing, doesn't take part in group discussion and goes to bed early.
