Like I said elsewhere, I put money on Dapper winning, so he's the one I want to stay

ShaneJ's hardly the best HM, so I don't see a particular reason to want him to stay

Can anyone quote a bad thing he's said or done or is it just "by proxy" or whatever? Because the idea he should go over ****ing Jonny is genuinely hilarious to me

He has allowed Andrew to go in on Ann all week while Johnny is the only person to call them all out over their treatment of Ann multiple times

After tonight the only one I want saved is Shane J and even though I found him a let down of a housemate/housemates in a way when he latched on to Andrew or visa versa, Andrew is a complete moron, Jonny is a bore and Dapper has been bottom of my listing

Rufus

Omg yes this!
Saying like "show is over without him" and Turing off if he goes
Like I get he's the best up probabaly but what has he done the last 2 weeks that makes him an amazing HM and the only reason someone would watch the show

All he's done is sit and listen to Andrew bitching about Anm - that's literally it

Much as I liked Shane J originally, he’s lost all the best points of himself to follow Andrew round like a lapdog. And now when he realises it might not of worked, he’s back tracking. What a let down!!!

This pretty much sums him up :joker:
He'll still survive Fridays eviction though sadly :fist:.

- Contributed, perhaps more than anyone, to the civilised discussions and explanations of gender politics, trans issues and everything that's pretty much been mutually agreed, on here, to be "what's good about this series" during India's time in the house.
- Generally been a calm voice in all potentially hazardous moments (John's "not in our club" comment, India's dragphobia, Ann's comments about voting against the equalisation of the age of consent, gay marriage, etc.)
- Gave Wayne the Miss Trunchbull makeover
- The only memeworthy moment that doesn't involve Ann Widdecombe (the wardrobe malfunction)
- is skinny

The only reason I can see for people wanting him gone is "being Andrew's lapdog" and Andrew's getting evicted anyway so what's the problem for the future of the show?

Can anyone name a good Jonny moment that wasn't "saying "I support the underdog [Ann]" in full view of the cameras, in a bid for populism that would make Andrew blush"? A comment that was only said against Ashley, rather than the boys, because he has an outside beef with her?

How is it a bid for populism when Andrew has topped the votes as well and he has taken a stand against him multiple times?

Also it's not only against Ashley who he has outside beef with because he defended Ann again tonight, against Andrew. :clap1:

Because Ann topped the same vote and, well, "I support the underdog" is right up there with saying "I... LIKE... DOGS...." in terms of cliche vote-getting sentiments.

Tonight he didn't even really attack Andrew, he just laughed and said "I think that line's been crossed" when someone (I think Shane L?) came over and said not to say anything they might regret.

He also said something like "come on that's an old lady" when Andrew was going in on Ann calling her a **** etc. And he & Daniel defended Ann again / said how wrong Andrew was after the incident as well.

I think it's just clear he's sick of Andrew tbh (for good reason) and it doesn't have anything to do with popularity (or Ashley for that matter).

He didn't attack Ashley either, he just defended Ann in that case as well. And IMO that's respectable really to defend someone not there to defend themselves and without even attacking another person in the process. :clap1:
