Ageism appears to be the accepted ism on social media and all forums. It makes me laugh, the one thing everyone is guaranteed to face is the one insult people can throw without retribution.

Oh that's so funny. 'Isolated'? Seriously? With loads of people around her? Ann strikes me as a bit of a loner at home anyway. I'm sure she has lots of close friends, but I'm sure she'd be more than happy with her own company. Why the concern about having not friends - perhaps that's your own insecurities showing themselves...

Some people have a very strange view of the world and its inhabitants!

I disagree with the reason given in the OP but I find the whole "Ann can't be homophobic if she's friends with a gay person" thing a bit odd.
She has homophobic views but she doesn't hate gay people and it's really no different to a man with sexist views having a relationship with a woman... I don't think I've ever heard anyone say 'a man can't be sexist if he has a wife'.
Her homophobia isn't so extreme that it entirely shapes how she treats individual gay people on a personal level.

I think nobody is defending her views they’re just sick of people trying to incriminate her on her political standpoints when big brother is about people not politics

And yet she hasn’t forced any of her views or ideas down people’s throats, of which the same cannot be said for a certain somebody :hehe:
