It's literally part of the show, NONE of them are picking on him! If it were almost the whole house nominating Ann or Shane L or Amanda or whoever or picking any of them for least _____ for something, it wouldn't cause such a furore. Obviously if you get picked last a number of times in a task you'll feel singled out and left out but Wayne and Jess have to pick someone :shrug: It mightn't be a good thing to take on the chin but it's part of the show and none of them are being malicious to him whatsoever. He even joined them all in the jacuzzi towards the end. No malice here.
