Shane js popularity is also being overestimated imo

The people vocal on twitter aren’t the same as the voting demographic. I’d say that 70% of the people who actually vote don’t know Shane j prior to this show, of which If they’ve watched this entire series they would’ve take quite a dislikening to him, as everyone Ik in real life that were impartial on him at the beginning are at now.

I personally also think the age demographic that usually vote will probably support Amanda or Ann or Shane L, tho it’s best to just wait n see what happens

Also that one eviction probably made his support look better than it is, everyone he was up against were fairly forgettable and not really liked

True in general across the UK, but demographics for BB I'm not so sure, there aren't many people voting and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the ones who are, who are more likely to be younger reality tv fans, would be more aware of drag race contestants than 90's boyband members/soap actresses.

Honestly I don't really know enough about modern feminism to really say (although I don't think anyone really wants 'more than equal' and regardless of law changes there's still a lot of sexism), I was just making the point that there's an argument for Shane J's ideology better fitting with the feminist theme of the show (given the post I was responding to), I wasn't really commenting on the rights and wrongs of the ideology or feminism itself. I don't even think the winner should have to be the best representative of the series theme :laugh:
