It could mean a number of things ,Meghan is a modern actress from across the pond .
She's more outgoing ,would she be able to handle the royal customs & traditional ways .

Only time will tell how Meghan fits into the royal family. So far she seems to be fitting in well though.

Nothing to do with her thinking she is better than Meghan.
She isn’t against women’s rights either, she is against abortion because believes in the baby’s rights, mainly I suspect down to her religion.

I think if it was because she's American, she'd just say that. So we're left with the other "issues" Ann might have with her background. She's biracial, an actor, divorced, an activist (as is Harry), and a commoner.
