Getting a bit annoyed with the TL's iron

She loves it and is always singing its praises and it does iron well but its getting on my tits tbh :nono:

Its too big, i dont like getting it out of the cupboard as its hard to get at and hits other things and the flex never goes in properly and it it difficult to fill

sick and tired of it and it puts me off doing the odd pair of trousers now and then :bored:


Do you have any small appliances that irritate you?

i found the simplest solution was not to iron, no one gives a crap these days if there is the odd crease.

My big waste of space is a pressure cooker. My other half thought it would be a good idea but its not and it just takes up a lot of cupboard space. The only thing I use it for is steam cleaning my dishcloths.

Irons are up there with most annoying appliances ever. I'm having to iron a lot while husband is in the academy and I have to get it right or they may very well may punish him and his squad, i.e. make them do a ton of pushups... so yeah, I hate our iron. The dial is underneath the handle, is cheap as sh*t and changes settings everytime I pick it up. So annoying.

I'd rather have the one your wife has that thing looks like a beast
