Yeah, I quit (well, "started quitting") after Christmas. I haven't had a cigarette since the beginning of January. That's not to say I'll never have one again, but I rarely think about them enough to be tempted.

I don't understand people smoking socially? I mean, if you only do it socially you are not addicted, so why do it? I only smoke as I am addicted (and when I tried to stop I put on 2 stone which I still have not ****ing shifted and I would rather smoke than end up like 20 stone) so I just cannot imagine not being addicted and chosing to do it occasionally :laugh:

Probably by socially they mean with a drink, some people crave a smoke with a drink but can manage to not smoke otherwise (it's still an addiction though)
