People eating in cars at McDonald's??

So i have noticed this and its bewildering

people go into mcds and get food and then go back to their cars in the car park bit and eat their food staring forwards like mentalists


wtf is this about? They cant sit down in comfort and warm and eat and not stink up their cars?

i hate the smell in McDonalds restaurants, to the point it almost makes me want to puke when I enter. I don't have this issue in any other fast food restaurant .... maybe that's why they do it?

well that cant be it as it is entirely unsuitable for eating a fast food meal and that is why they have wide and spacious tables and chairs so you can eat in warmth and comfort

Im not taking about drive thru traffic, its people going in to the restaurant and then repairing to their car as the drive thru traffic goes out another exit and the surely no one would drive back round and park and eat - that is WORSE!

We have those touch screens for orders as well but there's a section as well where they hold kids birthday parties with kid table and chairs and those ipads with games on in there

Actually, the last time we went to KFC we deliberately parked right next to the drive through ordering point, facing it, so that we would be staring right at everyone as they ordered [emoji23].

..the only thing I would probably ever have at McDonalds would be a milkshake, which I probably would take out to drink, walking around...in general though, I’m quite OCD about in-car eating and wouldn’t want anyone to eat a meal in my car because it leaves it smelling stale..
