After watching Justin Timberlake's lacklustre Super Bowl performance, I can't help but feel saddened by the loss of the legendary Michael Jackson. Rumours and controversy aside, he was brilliant. There will never be another one like him. I'm so pleased I saw him on tour all those years ago.

My favourite of his songs was the way you make me feel (although looking back at the video, it's a bit dodgy  )

Would have loved to have seen that. My cousin saw it and said he was fantastic.
I know it sounds crazy but it seemed like the world stopped turning the day he died. It was horrible.

Hmm Thriller is a bit of a bop I guess and now you mention it I do like ABC by the Jackson 5

I still have memorabilia from that concert and a signed Thriller album, it was a horrible day when he died and made worse by the fact he was about to do another tour which would have been epic as it was his first for years, but he has left us with some iconic tunes.

I think anyone who gets that much fame at such a young age is going to go a little bit crazy. As much money and success that he had I wouldn't wish for it for a minute

Omg, that's brilliant. That'll be worth something, so make sure you hang on to it.
A lot of people had their doubts about him completing the 50 date residency, but after watching "This Is It" movie he didn't seem as frail as people said. I had tickets for that show too. His passing has left a massive hole in the music industry. Gone before his time...like Prince.

Neither would I.
and then of course, he had to deal with being beaten and abused by his father. It must've been awful.

He is a rare artist in the fact that he could dabble into so many Musical genres and look authentic in those styles rather than an imitator.
My favourite songs off him are Dirty Diana, Earth Song, Thriller, Black Or White, and Bad.

Had some fantastic stuff behind his name but as the years went by his music became really subpar
The Earth Song is honestly one of the most atrocious pieces recorded
