Hmm... I think the housemate that just irritated me the most (for no overwhelming reason, ie. they weren't very OTT like Charley or Marco or Chanelle) was probably Mario from BB11... just remember watching that series and feeling itchy and gross everytime he was on screen.

Mark from BB12 is a close second. He had a very "annoying prick on Facebook who thinks he's hilarious" energy.
