Absolutely not under any circumstances should a disability prevent someone from travelling. People have to learn a little patience and courtesy.

Of course not. Those people were rude and ignorant and should themselves be banned if they are going to behave like that. Selfish, me me me people whose disgusting actions completely invalidate their value.

If it were not for the potential consequences to the poor dog I would have said I wish it had bitten the idiots - but they were not worth it.
