Mortality is something that has probably crossed everyone’s mind. It’s crossed my mind quite a lot and it’s quite a weird topic I haven’t really come to a conclusion on. How do yall feel?

I was. The older I get, however, the more I'm looking forward to it.

It's not a very nice world.

The thought of being dead doesn't bother me at all. I guess it's the possibility of the dying process being painful that's the scary part not the lack of actually being here for me.

I wouldn't say scared. I'd just rather it didn't happen  It's not something I ever really think about though

Omg I just copied and pasted this into google and it led me to that scene on youtube.

Death around me and having to live without more people I love scares me. I’m not necessarily scared of death for myself though.

Dying is easy it's living that's hard.

There was a story the other day if someone what's to put it up of a woman buried alive, people heard her screams, could see in the coffin where she had been scratching at the wood.

I think its when you get in your 30s that you begin to get a feel for your mortality

I'm not afraid of death itself but I'd hate to not see my kids grow up, have kids etc

I don't fear death so much as I fear its prologues: loneliness, decrepitude, pain, debilitation, depression, senility. After a few years of those, I imagine death presents like a holiday at the beach.

I’m scared that I’ll work hard to be happy and have a good life etc only for me to die which means I’m POINTLESS x

I'm not afraid of death. I am afraid of a long, lingering, painful death.

It doesn't preoccupy me - and I do, in a way, like the idea of total nothingness - but sure I fear the uncertainty of it, and the possibility of it being painful (to me or my family)
